These Terms of Service govern your use of the ThinkDeep Institute website and enrolment in our courses. By using our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms. ThinkDeep Institute is operated under ABN 85 746 329 018.
Enrolment in a ThinkDeep Institute course is confirmed upon receipt of payment or agreement to a payment plan. We reserve the right to limit enrolment numbers and to cancel or reschedule courses if minimum enrolment thresholds are not met. In the event of cancellation by ThinkDeep Institute, enrolled participants will receive a full refund.
All fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is due at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit cards.
Refund requests should be submitted in writing to info@thinkdeepinstitute.com.
All course materials, including readings, slides, recordings, and exercises, are the intellectual property of ThinkDeep Institute or its licensors. Participants may use these materials for personal educational purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any course materials without prior written consent is prohibited.
Participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively in all course activities. ThinkDeep Institute reserves the right to remove a participant from a course if their behaviour disrupts the learning environment for others. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Certificates of completion are issued to participants who attend at least 80% of scheduled sessions and complete all required assessments. Certificates are issued by ThinkDeep Institute and do not constitute formal academic qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
ThinkDeep Institute provides educational services in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or participation in our courses. This does not exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introduce malicious software, or use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
